Reactor fuel is extremely concentrated and can be stored in advance. Plants rely on an international supply chain, but fuel volume and the ability to hold reserves distinguish it from continuous gas deliveries.
Energy security is not self-sufficiency. It means having enough options so that one failure, drought, price shock or geopolitical change does not determine the whole system.
